Processing Time

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received. Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before your order is shipped.

Shipping Rates

We offer standard shipping within the United States.

• Orders under $70: $8 standard shipping
• Orders $70 and over: Free standard shipping

Delivery Time

After your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times will depend on the shipping carrier and destination. Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information at the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your order has been shipped.

Delays

Wigs With Lex is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, natural disasters, incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, customs delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

If your package appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us at your business email so we can help you determine the appropriate next steps.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the shipping address or stop the package.
